As of 25 May 2018, the EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (known as GDPR) has been set in force for the protection of natural persons against the processing of personal data and the free circulation of them. This Directive replaced the Directive 95/46/EU which was applied by law 138(I)/2001 and was designed to harmonize data privacy laws across Europe, to protect and empower all EU citizens data privacy and to reshape the way organizations across the region approach data privacy.
Parsegh Zartarian and Zartec (hereinafter referred to as "PZAZ", "us”, “we” and “our”) is the data controller of your personal data and is subject to the EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679. We, as service providers are obliged to secure our clients and any other third parties such as employees, contractors, principals and any other party related to us, personal data which in any way came to our possession. PZAZ is committed to protecting privacy of clients and associates. This Policy Statement aims to inform you about the nature of the personal information that is processed by our Company and the rights and options you have in this respect. It also describes how we collect, handle, use, and disclose your personal information obtained through our website and social media pages. This Privacy Policy Statement replaces any previous Privacy Policy Statement or equivalent which you may have been provided with prior to the Last Modified Date stated above. This policy statement is effective 1st January 2023 and may be changed at any time.
