Non executive director in private company active in real estate development. Advisory role providing guidance and strategical support. Tasks included market research and analysis, negotiations with property developers, clients, and banks; tendering and procurement required for renovations; advice on legal and tax regulation related matters and business risk analysis; dealing with local administration regarding property issues such as issuance of title deeds, planning permissions for additions, and technical inspections of solar panel installations.

APC, London

Director of EU Investments in private company active in Immigration and Real Estate investment services. Tasks included negotiations with real estate developers to create migration investment products; participation in webinars and meetings to promote EU permanent residency programmes to mostly Asian potential investors; negotiations with service providers to setup a Cyprus based registered alternative investment fund (RAIF), regulated by CySEC; prospection and commercial visits in Greece and Cyprus to present properties and introduce service providers.
